Using three random quotes from Macbeth, my group and I created three statements or stances that made sense together as a poem.
This poem was created around key words like remorse, passage and dagger. The first line, "My thick blood is the greatest passage to remorse", represents a person's regrets. Somebody's greatest regret is commonly thought of because it was a missed opportunity. So, one's regrets are found inside of them. The second line is, "Make a dagger stop up the behind I see". This line explains how we wish that others would take away our pains before they come. Finally, the last line is, "And my hand is the access towards this handle". This line relates directly towards the second line and the dagger. The handle refers to the dagger which is a reference to taking away the pain. The line is saying that you have the power to take away your own pain.
